east of Disney, this single storey home offers spacious luxury accommodation. The air-conditioned home is luxuriously furnished in typical Floridian style, with an open plan lounge / dining room overlooking the pool. This is furnished to a high standard with sofas, TV,
VCR, DVD and silks. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, TV, with an en-suite bathroom just off.
The second master suite also has a queen-size bed
with nightstands, drawers, TV, with en-suite bathroom
and walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms offer 2 twin beds
in each with nightstand, drawers and closets. A family bathroom serves these guests.
The kitchen overlooks the
family room and is very well equipped with all modern
appliances: range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster etc.
We have recently installed hi-speed internet for the
guests' use. A washer and dryer are located in the
garage which has an electric garage door opener for
your comfort. A full complement of linen and towels are supplied for the guests.
The deck has a covered lanai to offer shade and is furnished with loungers and patio furniture. The pool has the added facility of electric heating for the cooler months at a nominal charge.
The large, landscaped back yard is partially fenced for your
privacy and overlooks a nearby lake.
